EXCELLENT WELDABILITY ELECTRODE WITH LOW CONTENT IN CARBON SPECIALLY DEVELOPED FOR STAINLESS STEELS LIKE CROME-NICKEL-MOLYBDEUM. ADECUATED FOR ALL KIND OF STAINLESS STEELS.
- It resists sulphuric acid, nitric acid, saline, atmospheric oxidation and inter-crystal corrosions up to 250ºC.
- Easy to control and regular arch.
- Highly resistant to corrosion due to its additional coating to prevent the carbon precipitation.
- Excellent ability to eliminate, both cold and hot, micro-fissures that appear in the bead.
- It can be applied in all positions. Specially developed electrode for the descendant welding and due to its fast solidification it offers extraordinary characteristics in vertical and overhead positions.
- Ideal to weld thin sheets without re-burning then. It does not produce lack of sidewall penetration in the heat-affected zone (HAZ).
- Special resistance in marine environments and the problems with marine salts.
- Specially designed electrode for the stabilization and prevention of fragility or cracking in sigma phase.
- Contribution of delta ferrite in the deposit avoiding fissures in hot temperatures.
- Lack of projections, even in difficult positions.
- The carbon action is controlled due to its special coating to avoid the creation of chrome carbides between 500 and 800ºC.
- It produces a perfect deposit. Easy weldability.
