- It welds reburned or oily pieces.
- Excellent resistance to cracking.
- It needs less amperage than conventional electrodes.
- It combines, due to its exclusive alloy, a chemical-metallurgical structure that reduces highly the fragility, the cracks and the hardness in the heat affected zone.
- 100% mechanizable even in the heat affected zone (HAZ).
- It welds with all kind of AC/DC machines.
- It is not necessary to know the composition of the cast iron to be welded.
- It has a special bi-component coating that provides laminated graphite to the welding.
- Perfectly finished bead, free of porosity; does not damage the heat affected zone.
- Ideal for a first coating (root bead) in the joint of the welded surface; later recharge with ITARI 222.
