- 100% mechanizable, even in the heat affected zone.
- Specially designed to work with lower amperage than the usual electrodes.
- Due to its excellent electric conductivity, it avoids overheating.
- The microstructure created by this special alloy reduces enormously the fragility in the joint, the crakes disappear and the hardness in the heat affected zone (HAZ) decreases.
- Due to the special coating with contribution of laminated graphite, the joint of the base metal and the filler metal is stabilized.
- Valid for all kind of machines AC/DC.
- It can be used in greasy or re-burned pieces.
- It is not necessary to know the composition of the cast iron or the steel to weld.
