AUSTENISTIC ALLOY, FOR MANGANESE WELDING, VERY VERSATILE.
- Specially designed for manganese welding, as well as dissimilar steels,
steels of difficult weldability, alloyed steels, non-alloyed steels, carbon steels and steels with 12-14% Mn. - This electrode has real yield strength of 40% and its deposit with special characteristics is totally compact and free of cracking.
- High resistance to cracking, corrosion and heat. It resist to temperatures up to 1080ºC.
- Hard material that admits as many layers as needed.
- Its 100% austenitic structure hardens with the impact.
- From the initial 230 HB surpasses 400 HB after “hammering”.
- Its special characteristics made it ideal to reconstruct and repair pieces worn by abrasion or pressure.
- Before a hard recharge, can be used perfectly as a cushion layer.
- Very resistant mechanically.
- Welding in all positions, with excellent weldability, soft fusion, few spatter and easy removal of the slag,
