Special super rutile with 12 bi-components in its coating,
universal for all kind of low carbon steels.
- 100% mechanizable
- Special coating to stabilize the arc, very flexible and water-proof.
- Highly fluid slag, that is why it ascends rapidly to the surface, avoiding
to remain imprisoned amid the welding. - The coating melts and makes the metallic magma of the oxides and other impurities to go out, so that they do not dull the physical properties of the welded deposition.
- High resistance to traction and to cracking.
- Quality welding in all positions
- Can be used with all kind of machines AC / DC
- It works with 10-20% less amperage than other ordinary rutiles.
- Ideal for galvanized works, beautiful bead without impurities.
- Auto-removable slag, contact welding.
- Does not produce lack of sidewall penetration in the heat-affected zone (HAZ), not even undesirable elements like the carbides.
